Blueberry & Nut Parfait

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Full-fat Greek yogurt or Cashew Coconut yogurt

  • 2 cups fresh Blueberries

  • ¼ cup raw Pistachios, shelled

  • ¼ cup raw Almonds, sliced or whole

  • ¼ cup raw Walnuts, roughly chopped

  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • Optional: A drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of hemp seeds

Instructions:

  1. Place the yogurt in a bowl and fold in the cinnamon until evenly distributed.

  2. In four glass jars or bowls, start with a layer of the cinnamon-infused yogurt.

  3. Add a layer of fresh blueberries.

  4. Add a generous layer of the raw almonds, walnuts, and pistachios.

  5. Repeat the layers once more, finishing with a beautiful arrangement of nuts and blueberries on top to match your recipe photo.

  6. Serve immediately or let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the nuts to soften slightly into the yogurt.
