Performance Smoothie

This recipe hits every pillar of our supplement philosophy: antioxidant-rich micronutrient insurance, cellular energy, and structural support.

Base Ingredients:

  • 10–12 oz Cold filtered water (Adjust for your preferred thickness)

  • 1 large banana (Frozen is best for a creamy, "milkshake" texture)

  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds

The Supplement Stack:

Instructions:

  1. Pour your water into the blender first. This prevents the protein and greens powders from sticking to the bottom.

  2. Add the banana, flaxseeds and the frozen blueberries.

  3. Add the Sarah Wragge Protein, Daily Element Greens, Vital Proteins Collagen, and Creatine.

  4. Add the Amino Acids.

  5. Start on a low speed and move to high for 30–45 seconds until the berries and banana are completely smooth and the powders are fully incorporated.
